Services

We perform general home inspections according to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Code of Ethics. We also offer other types of inspections as detailed in the "Services" section.

Qualifications

We are a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspection firm and Certified Professional Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. We maintain certifications and training in residential real estate inspections and many specialty types of inspections.

Sample Reports

Our inspection reports are easy-to-read and understand. We photographically document all findings. We also provide a summary of all defects observed at the end of the report.

Meet Your Inspector

John Turner

John Turner, P.E. is the founder and owner of Turner Inspections, PLLC. He has extensive training and experience in real estate inspections and is a Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector (#22134) by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). He is a member of the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA), and a certified inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He is also a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers, a Licensed Professional Engineer (#67394) by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, with a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering, from New Mexico State University.
