IRRIGATION (Sprinkler) SYSTEM INSPECTION: $25
An irrigation inspection is a full inspection of a home's sprinkler system and the components that make it up. Since the majority of a sprinkler system is located underground, your inspector will not be digging up the yard to look at the underground components.
CRAWL SPACE (Pier & Beam Foundation) INSPECTION: $100
Inspectors will take a look around your crawl space to determine if there's anything immediately wrong. This means identifying mold clusters, water damage, or anything that may compromise the overall health of your home.

PRIVATE WATER WELL INSPECTION: $25
Private wells that are constructed properly are usually safe, but problems can occur that can introduce contaminants into the water supply. I’ll have your private well checked for basic structural issues, and a water sample will be taken to test it for lead, microbial pollutants, and dangerous chemicals.
